I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was beautiful and the larger cabin we upgraded to was definitely the highlight, spacious and comfortable for my family. However, the initial cabin we booked was older and pretty cramped, which was disappointing. Additionally, the amenities like the pool were overcrowded and less than pleasant. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with some issues that could be improved.

We started off in a smaller, older cabin that felt quite cramped. Thankfully, we later upgraded to a larger, newer cabin which was much more comfortable for our family.
Service

The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we thought we left belongings behind. They were quick to let us know what was found and arranged for it to be sent back.
Location

The location was lovely, though very busy during our stay. It offered good access to the ski areas, but I felt crowded with too many guests around.
Dining

We didn't dine in the restaurant, but grabbing coffee from the cafe in the morning was convenient and really nice.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but the pool was overcrowded and not very clean, which was a downside.

The park is in a fantastic location, very close to central Canberra activities while maintaining a quiet atmosphere. The amenities were good, and I appreciated the well-equipped camp kitchen. However, the onsite restaurant experience was quite disappointing due to poor service and food temperature issues. Overall, it's a bit pricey for what you get, but the central location makes it worthwhile.

Rooms

The drive-through sites were a bit tight for turning, but overall, they were acceptable for our stay.

My stay was enjoyable overall, as the villa provided a great space for self-catering with excellent BBQ areas. However, I found the restaurant food to be overpriced and lacking in quality. Additionally, while the ensuite site was clean and well-kept, the noise from other guests at night was a bit disruptive. I appreciated the proximity to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

Rooms
6.0
The villa was clean and well-furnished, but it was quite small for the price we paid. Noise from neighboring guests kept us up at times.
Service

The reception staff were very approachable and helpful, providing us with useful bus information to get around.
Location

The location was convenient, with a bus stop about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to access the city center.
Dining

The restaurant food was overpriced and the breakfast buffet at 9 am was disappointing, with dried-out food that wasn't replenished.

The camp kitchen was a useful feature, equipped with indoor BBQs and plenty of seating, though it could get noisy.

Our stay at the park hotel was quite enjoyable. We found the cabin we stayed in to be tidy and spacious, perfect for families, although the beds could have been more comfortable. The dining experiences were top-notch, especially the buffet breakfast, and the facilities, including the pool area, were generally good but could use some expansion for the busy summer months.
